Jasper subscription boxes are delivered quarterly in September, November, February and April. Additional add-on items can be purchased year-round on our website, jasperbox.com.
Each member receives four (4) Jasper care packages per year, a print magazine with related content in each box, access to members only sales, access to our members-only website and members only forum.
Each box contains a print magazine highlighting Jasper cornerstones, along with 5-7 products that correspond to the articles or college life.
Simply login to your account on jasperbox.com and select account settings or email support@jasperbox.com.
Jasper does not accept returns and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of quarterly boxes, box items, or add-ons. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. If you have any questions, please email support@jasperbox.com and we will return your email within 24-48 hours.
Shipping is free. Jasper only ships in the United States. Sorry!
For your first order, you will be billed at the time you place your order. Your student will then recieve the Jasper box at our next quarterly shipment date (November, February, May or September). You will then be billed quarterly on our schedule: November 1, February 1, May 1 and August 1.
